Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Permitting Coordinator. This person will be working within the Power Distribution group, specifically within their research and permitting group. This group is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, to deliver permit research and/or permit packages. He/She will be responsible for interpreting data collection and proofing reports used for the rest of the engineering groups. If their work determines that a permit is required, they will teach them how to create the permit. Being meticulous and having a questioning mindset is crucial to the type work they will be performing. This person must have strong organizational skills, great time Management, be analytically inclined, and observational.

Skills and Requirements
1-3 years of work experience related to permitting
Experience being able to multi-task on duties relative to emails, teams messages, compliance documentation, customer/vendor requests and regulated guidelines
Must be analytical, problem solver, attention to detail oriented, organized, and have a keen eye for researching or reviewing data and reports.
Coachable eager to learn and pick up on new skills
Hardworking with an outgoing personality
Ability to be a problem solver and aptitude to be forward-thinking
Passion or interest in pursuing a career within Engineering, but more related to analytical and documentation driven work a background in the healthcare or engineering/utilities industry
