Job Description
A Client Communications Management (CCM) Firm is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to lead a talented team of CCM developers and engineers responsible for designing and delivering complex, omnichannel communication solutions for our enterprise clients. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a technical expert ready to take the next step into management — guiding project execution, mentoring team members, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple client accounts.
You’ll oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of CCM solutions built primarily in the Quadient Inspire suite, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals and industry standards.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
• Supervise and mentor Senior CCM Engineers and developers across multiple delivery projects.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Build a collaborative culture centered on quality, accountability, and innovation.
Manage Project Delivery
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and executable project plans.
• Oversee the design, build, testing, and deployment of communications using Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, and Automation.
• Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet compliance, and SLA standards.
Drive Client Success
• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
• Partner with Client Services, Product, and Operations to deliver exceptional service and results.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact timelines or quality.
Promote Continuous Improvement
• Establish and refine best practices for template management, workflow automation, and change control.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives, including cloud deployment and workflow automation.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in CCM or document automation, including 2+ years leading technical teams or projects.
• Proficiency with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, and Automation) is required.
• Strong understanding of document composition, print stream management, and omnichannel delivery.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and client communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile (SAFe preferably) or DevOps practices (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence). • Quadient Inspire certification.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments or related CCM tools (OpenText Exstream, MHC, Crawford Tech).
• Knowledge of data integration and scripting (XML, JSON, JavaScript).
