Job Description

A leading supplier of automation for manufacturing is looking for an eager Associate Service Engineer. Job responsibilities include:

• Provide telephone based troubleshooting through the Hotline to support customer's in resolving FANUC America or related peripheral equipment operational problems

• Documenting FANUC products and related peripheral equipment performance and failure modes

• Daily reporting to Service Management to update status & availability

• Completion of a Service Report for each customer call

• Return of parts shipped for the service call but not purchased by the customer or defective parts replaced under warranty

Skills and Requirements

•1+ years of experience with FANUC robots doing troubleshooting and maintenance

•2+ years of experience doing preventative maintenance on FANUC robots, related robots or machines

• Associate's Degree preferred · Ability to read and interpret PLC ladder logic a plus
