    Job Description

    • Hands-on experience administering RACF in a mainframe environment.

    • Proficiency with TSO/ISPF for editing members and submitting jobs.

    • Solid understanding of mainframe security concepts and RACF architecture.

    • Familiarity with IAM principles and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA).

    • Experience with RACF reporting tools and utilities (e.g., IRRDBU00, SMF).

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Administer RACF user access: add, modify, and remove user IDs and permissions.

    • Maintain RACF group structures and access control definitions.

    • Use TSO to edit JCL members, submit jobs, and validate execution results.

    • Generate and analyze RACF reports to support audits, compliance, and operational needs.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure access aligns with role-based access control policies.

    • Troubleshoot access issues and provide support to end users.

    • Document procedures and maintain access control records.

    • Support periodic access reviews and certification processes.
