Job Description
An executive agency is looking for a Project Portfolio Support Specialist to join their team in Hartford, CT. This resource will play a critical role in managing and optimizing agency-wide project portfolios. This position will focus on enhancing processes for project tracking, budget oversight, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and transparency. The specialist will leverage Monday.com to maintain accurate project data, build dashboards for real-time visibility, and standardize workflows across teams. In addition to monitoring budgets and resource utilization, this role will identify process gaps, implement improvements, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to drive consistency, improve reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Portfolio Management, or similar role
• Proficiency with Monday.com or comparable PPM tool
• Strong understanding of budget tracking and resource allocation principles
• Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements effectively
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Ability to develop dashboards and reporting tools for portfolio visibility
