**Ohio Mentor** **,** **a part of the Sevita family** **,** provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Driver

Are you interested in a career focused on making a difference in someone’s life?

In this role, you would provide transportation in our company van to children/youth receiving clinical services from their homes to our center in Parma Heights.

This role will require sensitivity, patience, flexibility, and understanding the needs of children/youth with special needs, including the use of specialized equipment during transport.

After school/weekend hours (approximately 12-18 hours per week).

_Qualifications:_

+ High School diploma or equivalent required Six months of human services experience preferred

+ Must be 21 years of age Educated/trained in mental health competencies

+ Valid driver's license in good standing and car registration/auto insurance (if driving for company)

+ A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach

+ Commitment to the company’s mission and values

+ Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly
