Position Overview:
The Director of WWT For All is a pivotal leadership role within the HR organization, responsible for managing and executing the overarching global strategy of the WWT For All (https://www.wwt.com/corporate/wwt-for-all/overview) program across all regions, including WWT and Softchoice. This role is instrumental in shaping and embedding the For All strategy across Workforce, Business, and Community, ensuring alignment with WWT’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
+ Develop and manage the global strategy for the WWT For All program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals across Workforce, Business, and Community.
+ Create and oversee a unified For All strategy for all WWT international regions including APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and Canada.
+ Lead the development of a three-year corporate plan for WWT For All, driving accountability, buy-in, and visibility with senior leadership across the organization.
Program Management:
+ Oversee the strategy and execution of For All programs, including Listening Sessions, Employee Storytelling, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
+ Manage the For All team, including two Senior Program Managers, to ensure effective program delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to embed the For All strategy into every area of the business.
+ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Global Employee Experience, Supplier Enablement, and Global Community Impact teams to drive alignment with WWT For All strategic goals.
Reporting and Accountability:
+ Report to the Executive Leadership team on the progress and impact of the For All programs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
+ Drive visibility and engagement with senior leadership to foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
Metrics and Communication:
+ Create, manage, and report on program metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of For All initiatives.
+ Prepare and deliver communications for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors, highlighting program achievements and strategic direction.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ 5-10 years of experience in HR, DEI, Employee Relations, or a similar field.
+ Proven experience in leadership roles with a focus on driving outcomes related to inclusivity and belonging.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans across diverse regions and business units.
+ Strong experience in managing and leading teams, with a track record of successful program management.
+ Proven experience with change management at the executive level.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
+ Experience in working within a global organization and managing cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency in creating and analyzing program metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
+ Experience in preparing high-level communications for executive and board-level audiences.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
