Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 + $5,000 Annual Bonus Potential (paid quarterly) Additional Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee clinical care from admission through discharge

+ Manage care delivery and supervise personnel

+ Conduct caregiver orientation and competency evaluations

+ Lead training, education, and skill development initiatives

+ Perform both office-based and field duties, including home visits

Qualifications:

+ Active RN license (in applicable state)

+ Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred

+ Supervisory experience is a plus

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use

+ Team-oriented with excellent customer service abilities
