• Maintenance Technician

    Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions (Brooklyn Center, MN)


    ### Job Duties

    Maintain smooth and safe operation of all production and packaging machinery, ensuring minimal interruptions.

     

    Detect and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions promptly to reduce outages.

     

    Implement scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.

     

    Collaborate with engineering and production teams to assist with equipment installations and upgrades.

     

    Monitor machine efficiency, recommending improvements to boost productivity and uptime.

     

    Enforce plant safety measures including lockout/tagout protocols and contribute to sanitation and food safety practices.

     

    Communicate effectively across teams to coordinate troubleshooting efforts and share progress updates.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    At least one year of practical maintenance or technician experience (Technical training a plus)

     

    Valid Minnesota Electrical Unlicensed Individual certification or higher

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    At least one year of practical maintenance or technician experience (Technical training a plus)

     

    Valid Minnesota Electrical Unlicensed Individual certification or higher

     

    Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, pneumatic components, hydraulic units, and basic electrical circuits.

     

    Experienced in operating and understanding industrial control systems including SCADA and packaging automation.

     

    Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.

     

    Dependable, organized, and able to communicate clearly, especially in a night shift, fast-paced environment.

     

    Trade school diploma and/or experience with Vertical Form Fill and Seal, Digital Scales, VFD, Steppers, or Servomotors, or CMMS software a huge plus
