    ### Job Duties

    Set up, operate and execute CNC Tool and Cutter grinding programs. Ability to read blue prints. Modify existing programs. Make manual program adjustments as necessary using inspection equipment. Follow policies, procedures, and be trustworthy. Troubleshoot issues during the manufacturing process and inspect tools for precision and accuracy. We are looking for one person on day shift and one person on second shift. Salient, Inc. is a globally recognized, well respected precision custom cutting tool manufacturer with over 40 years of direct experience in the industry. We make special custom tools and standard tools. Our focus is micro tools. All of our machinery is new. We use Numroto software; a robust package which the person we hire will receive training on.

    One year, or transferable skills. We will train a person one on one.
