    ### Job Duties

    Lead the implementation of Infor M3/CloudSuite M3 ERP solutions by analyzing client business processes and configuring systems to support operational objectives. Participate in strategic discussions to align ERP solutions with business roadmaps. Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements across modules such as sales, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and supply chain. Configure ERP systems and support integrations with external systems to ensure efficient data exchange and functional alignment. Develop process documentation, lead functional testing, and provide end-user training and post implementation support. Assist the Head of Department (HOD) and/or Vice President (VP) with effort estimations, project planning, staffing, and recruitment activities including hiring and performance management. This is a fully remote role; may work anywhere in contiguous US with occasional travel to client sites. (Report to Minneapolis MNHQ)

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Req. Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 2 years of experience in a professional consulting role involving full lifecycle implementation of Infor M3/CloudSuite M3 ERP systems and related satellite products (e.g., Infor Factory Track, PLM, Demand Planner). Must hold Infor M3/CloudSuite M3 certification in at least 2 modules.

     

    OR Alternative degree/experience

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus five years of professional consulting role involving full lifecycle implementation of Infor M3/CloudSuite M3 ERP systems and related satellite products (e.g., Infor Factory Track, PLM, Demand Planner). Must hold Infor M3/CloudSuite M3 certification in at least 2 modules.

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    2 years experience with Master's degree or 5 years experience with Bachelor’s degree. See above requirements.
