What You’ll Do

As the ADON / Admissions Nurse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless resident admissions and supporting high-quality care delivery:

+ Lead and support the admissions process, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents and families.

+ Partner closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to plan, organize, and direct nursing operations.

+ Conduct rounds to assess care delivery, address challenges, and celebrate successes.

+ Mentor and guide team members, promoting both professional and personal growth.

+ Support administrative functions to keep the department running efficiently.

+ Participate in an on-call leadership rotation as part of the management team.

What We’re Looking For

+ Active RN license in Iowa (or ability to obtain).

+ Current CPR certification.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.

+ A passion for leadership and making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.
