The role you'll contribute:
The Certified Medical Assistant II is responsible for providing clinical and clerical services under the supervision of the Practice Manager. This position rooms patients, assists with exams and procedures, performs waived lab tests, and administers medications. This role actively participates in outstanding customer service. In addition, this position maintains respectful relationships with all individuals. This role ensures efficient patient flow and accurate documentation. This role contributes to the overall quality of patient care and clinic operations.

+ Manages operational issues, and ensures adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing, and customer service standards.
+ Serves as the point of contact for daily clinic operations, assessing and resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
+ Supports relationship-based care and maintains accountability for organizational mission and core values.
+ Reviews patient care protocols, and ensures compliance with infection prevention guidelines.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Required qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
+ Certified or Registered Medical Assistant from an Approved Organization
