What you need to know about this position:

+ We are hiring 2 Associate Directors of Practice Operations to support our CRHP and Hospital-based clinics.

+ Reporting to one of the Directors of Practice Operations (1 for Primary Care or 1 for Procedural), this position will support Practice Managers by leading operational and strategic initiatives across the network and managing special projects and cross-functional efforts to improve organizational performance.

+ In the role, they will be overseeing a subset of practices or specialty areas while playing a key role in fostering provider relations, engagement, and performance improvement.

+ This position will require you to work primarily Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, though the hours may fluctuate to meet the needs of our patients and organization.

+ The base annualized salary of this position is $88,566. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The base compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

What the ideal candidate will have:

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position and 4 years in people management

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
