A Brief Overview
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the oversite of assigned projects and initiatives that ensure operations lead to improved efficiencies, strategy, and quality in all areas. The Operations Coordinator will work with teams to develop key performance metrics and development of action planning. This role is a integral part of the team and provides administrative and tactical support to senior leadership within the organization.
What you will do
+ Plan, schedule and coordinate events such as meetings, training and product releases in conjunction with Senior Leadership direction.
+ Create strategic content and communication plans to support strategic initiatives; including developing executive-level communications and presentations for both internal and external audiences. Perform formal communications with stakeholders, sponsors and team members at all levels.
+ Create, prepare and manage Key Performance indicators (KPI’s); analyze data to interpret necessary performance planning with responsible parties to ensure indicators are being met.
+ Develop and track assigned project schedules and work plans, overseeing tasks, milestones, managing timelines and deliverables.
+ Ability to engage with cross-functional teams, helping to achieve desired outcomes.
+ Stay appraised of general healthcare and industry specific news, updates and changes. Alert leadership to developments with the ability to summarize impact to the organization and/or initiatives.
+ Support and assist with the development of standard policy, processes and procedures.
+ Provides administrative support to Vice President, and to other senior leaders as needed. Assist other departmental leaders to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives. Assist with Governance / Board Meetings as needed.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
+ Bachelor's in a healthcare related field from 4-year college or university. or
+ Associate's with two or more year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Experience compiling formal reports and presentations.
+ Experience working in or coordinating complex project teams, work streams, work packages and deliverables.
+ Experience communicating formally at all levels of an organization.
+ Experience planning, coordinating, scheduling and estimating time and effort.
