    *The Opportunity*

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support a critical data enhancement initiative. This role involves entering data inputs from sourcing documentation or systems, a thorough QA/QC review, and updating and maintaining our system of record Archer to ensure complete and accurate data capture.   ·

     

    This is a hybrid schedule with the Los Angeles, CA office.

     

    *The Responsibilities*

    * Update the system of record with prewritten risk and control statements.

    * Assist in reviewing risk and control data records to identify missing data inputs.

    * Track and monitor the progress of data capture, entry, and validation.

    * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient process.

    * Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the data entry lifecycle.

    * Additional adhoc projects as needed.   ·

    *The Qualifications*

    * At least 2 years of office or client service experience

    * Banking or financial services experience.

    * Strong data entry skills

    * Basic Microsoft Office skills.

    * Good communication and problem-solving.

    * High attention to detail and professionalism.

    * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $35.88/hour - $38.46/hour
