About the Role
PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a **dedicated Electrical Assembler** to join our team, partnering with a global leader in aerospace innovation. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble, test, and inspect high-performance electro-mechanical systems that power some of the most advanced aircraft in the world. Your precision and craftsmanship will directly impact flight safety, reliability, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
+ Read and interpret **blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications** .
+ Perform **mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, fabrication, and inspection** on a variety of aerospace components.
+ Operate **hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and light machinery** to build and test assemblies.
+ Conduct **quality checks** and identify any product defects, recording and reporting issues accurately.
+ **Rework or repair** equipment as needed based on engineering updates or inspection findings.
+ Maintain **inventory levels** and ensure efficient production flow in your workstation.
+ Follow **strict safety and quality standards** , keeping your workspace clean and compliant at all times.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D. or vocational/technical education).
+ Minimum of **2 years of relevant assembly experience** , ideally in an electrical or electro-mechanical setting.
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work safely around moving parts and electrical components.
+ **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**
Preferred Qualifications:
+ **IPC Class III Solder Certification** or equivalent.
+ Previous **electronic assembly experience** within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret complex diagrams.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
