    **Location:** Tulsa, OK | **Pay Rate:** $28.75/hour | **Schedule:** Full-Time: 1st Shift (5am - 3:30pm)

As a Structural Mechanic III, you'll play a vital role in our aircraft assembly process — crafting the backbone of cutting-edge flight technology. This is more than a job.     What You’ll Do – Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    In a team-oriented environment and under minimal supervision, you will:

    + Assemble and fit structural components using blueprints, sketches, and technical documents.

    + Perform precision drilling, riveting, and sheet metal fabrication.

    + Align, rivet, and fasten assemblies using jigs, fixtures, clamps, and specialized tools.

    + Interpret and execute work orders and engineering documents accurately.

    + Perform inspections and ensure all work meets rigorous aerospace standards.

    + Mentor and support less experienced team members.

    + Log work accurately and maintain records using company systems.

    + Conduct repairs as needed per engineering requests or discrepancy reports.

    + Uphold a clean, safe workspace and support continuous improvement (5S & Lean initiatives).

    + Adapt across shifts and tasks as needed to support team goals.

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + Minimum of 4 years' structural assembly experience in aerospace or similar industry.

    + Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents.

    + Proficient in use of tools such as rivet guns, pneumatic drills, reamers, and measuring instruments.

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and in confined spaces.

    + Flexible to work any shift.

    + Valid Driver's License Required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with Solumina and Smarteam.

    + Q-stamp certification highly preferred.

    + Skilled in composite materials and close-tolerance fabrication.

    **Pay Details:** $28.75 per hour
