    Description

    Tradesmen International is immediately hiring a skilled **Machinist III** for projects located in and around **Kent, WA.** This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of up to **$40/hour** based on experience & skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Interpret 2D blueprints and 3D CAD models (GD&T)

    + Create, edit, and run M-code/G-code toolpaths

    + Operate 3- and 4-axis milling and turning machines (HBM, VMC, gantry mill, lathe)

    + Perform setups, inspections, deburring, and quality checks

    + Manage tooling, stage materials, and verify programs

    + Perform equipment maintenance and support lean manufacturing initiatives

    + Follow company safety and quality policies

    + Cross-train on various machines and assist team members

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Minimum 5 years of machining experience or equivalent technical background

    + Strong mathematical and blueprint-reading skills

    + Experience using forklifts, overhead cranes, jib cranes, and hoists

    + Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness

    + Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs occasionally

    + Proper PPE
