    Job Summary

    Document Management System (DMS) Support engineer role is positioned to offer IT technical support services on IT systems enabling Document Capture and document delivery

     

    services at Iron Mountain across Global site. DMS support Engineer engages with Scan operations staff across sites to, diagnose, detect and fix DMS Systems technical issues

     

    restoring IT systems to Steady state operations.

    Key Areas of** **Responsibility

    • Be responsible for monitoring and troubleshoot of IMshort, Kofax, IDP and Webstatus applications based on SQL server

    • Work on incidents, requests and problem tickets

    • Manage production deployments

    • Manage major incidents

    • Monitor Jobs and remediate any failures

    • Communicate and coordinate issue status effectively with users

    Skills Required

    • Technical Skills and Proficiency

    o 3 to 5 years of Software experience, with a minimum of 2 years in .Net and SQL

    o Understanding ASP.NET using C#, .NET Fx 4.0/ 3.5, JavaScript, MVC 4, WCF, Web Services, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, Java Script.

    o Backend: Familiar MS SQL 20012/ 2016

    o IDE & Tools: VS 2017/ 2019, GIT/GITLab

    o Good to Have (Optional) : Programming: VB.Net, Ext JS. XAML

    o Responsible for developing scalable and high-performing components.

    o Should be a good team player

    o Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    o Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship

    o Timely software delivery as per set standards

    o Performing unit and integration testing

    o Communicating changes to documentation and QA teams

    o Experience in Agile development methodology and Scrum

    o Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.

    o Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan,

    o Understand the domain and technical components of the job

    o Ability to participate in the ideation process and produces the documentation and trains the team on the re-engineered process to meet internal commitments on a continued basis.

    Required Qualification

    o Engineering graduate or equivalent experience.

    o Experience in working with distributed imaging systems.

    o Candidate should possess strong analytical skills.

    o Certifications in Document Imaging products or business would be advantage

     

    Reasonably expected salary range: $79,200.00 - $105,600.00
