    JOB SUMMARY:

    Responsible for maintenance of digital files for merchandise vendor contracts. Responsible for file management related to trademark searches. Manage all vendor records and files for document retention and destruction. Assist Trademark Paralegal and supervising attorney as needed. Provide filing and supplemental administrative support on an as-needed basis.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Perform due diligence reports on potential vendors for attorney’s review and analysis, upload associated documents, assign and review annual refreshes of diligence, and track records of same.

    + Manage set-up of merchandise vendors including execution of agreements, certificates of insurance, social compliance documentation, and maintain records of same.

    + Maintain records of matters received through speak-up system from receipt through resolution.

    + Manage all departmental files and records on and off-site and maintain same in accordance with document retention policy.

    + Provide supplemental administrative support to paralegal team and attorneys, as needed.

    + Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION:

    + High school required.

    EXPERIENCE:

    + 1+ years office experience, Legal environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    + Strong planning, project management and organizational skills.

    + Strong written and oral communication skills.

    + Proven problem solving and analytical skills.

    + Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at one time.

    + Strong planning/organizational and project management skills

    + Creative thinker with the ability to retain details and anticipate project needs.

    + Strong Excel and Word skills required.
