Job Purpose
Responsible for providing a full range of Customer Integration Services by actively analyzing customer sales and consignment metrics. Provide regular customer specific reporting. Assist Customer Integration Team Members in operational day-to-day duties and other Integration task that are assigned, to include developing and offering sound and creative solutions relative to business processes, servicing branch issues, managing inventory reviews, physical customer inventories, and setting up and maintaining Consignments and VMI locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not all inclusive)

+ Analyze customer sales and consignment metrics, providing regular reports and insights to support customer integration projects.
+ Pull various customer data for reporting and develop catalog proposals and inventory recommendations based on sales analysis.
+ Create andmaintainsustainable reporting systems to support the Customer Integration Team andassistwith monthly reporting for the Director.
+ Develop customer plant matrixes to support e-commerce integrations and ensureaccuratereporting on inventory locations.
+ Assist Project Managers in implementing new or existing customer initiatives, including creating flow charts and supporting the execution of customer projects.
+ Conduct root cause analysis to support Accounts Receivable (AR) reduction efforts, working closely with team members to resolve issues.
+ Provide bar code labels for Inventory-Only (IO) locations and perform usage reviews for MRC Global managed IO sites.
+ Support the Customer Integration Team in managing day-to-day tasks and addressing customer reporting needs.
+ Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer-related issues, ensuringaccuratedata analysis and prompt reporting.
+ Assistin setting up andmaintainingcustomer consignments and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) locations.
+ Identifyopportunities for process improvement within customer integration functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
+ Contribute to the development of new reporting systems, dashboards, and tools to streamline reporting and improve operational efficiency.
+ Work closely with the Director and other team members to implement innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Education, Experience, & Ability Requirements
Any combination of requirements which provide knowledge & abilities necessary to perform Essential Duties & Responsibilities will be considered
+ High school diploma plus a two-year college degree, or high school diploma with 5+ years of experience in a business office setting.
+ Strong analytical and data reporting experience, withproficiencyin Excel, Access databases, and Power BI.
+ Experience creating reports and dashboards, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
+ Strong business math and analytical skills to accurately interpret data and generate actionable insights.
+ Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Power BI and Access databases.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-level support to team members.
+ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with customers.
+ Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems andoptimizeprocesses in a dynamic environment.
Additional Qualifications
+ Musthave the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status.
+ Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with others; to understand and interpret safety instructions; and to respond to inquiries.
+ Ability to understand andcomply withMRCGlobalguidelines & expectations, to includeCode of Conduct and Conflictof Interest guidelines.
