    Summary

    We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic FP&A team. In this role, you will report to the Sr Finance Manager of Corporate & Business SG&A and serve as a key financial partner to the HR, Marketing, General & Admin organizations. Your core responsibilities will include detailed budgeting and forecasting, month-end P&L reporting, expense tracking, headcount analysis, and a range of ad-hoc financial and business analyses.

     

    As a strategic collaborator, you’ll build strong cross-functional relationships with teams including Accounting, FP&A, and Business Operations, driving alignment and enhancing day-to-day operational efficiency.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    + Analyze and interpret financial data to evaluate SG&A performance, identify cost drivers, and support strategic decision-making

    + Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, communicating key insights clearly and effectively

    + Design and maintain financial models, dashboards, and data visualizations to track SG&A trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

    + Leverage financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning) to manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for SG&A functions

    + Produce monthly SG&A reporting packages, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods

    + Conduct headcount and labor cost analysis in collaboration with HR and business partners, ensuring alignment with workforce planning strategies

    + Partner with department leaders across the business and corporate functions to monitor spending, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure accountability to financial targets

    + Track and analyze vendor and discretionary spend, identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

    + Support audit and compliance processes by providing accurate and timely financial data and documentation

    + Drive process improvements and automation within financial reporting, planning, and analysis workflows

    + Develop business cases and ROI analyses for SG&A investments, including technology initiatives, organizational changes, and strategic projects

    + Create ad-hoc financial reports and analysis based on leadership requests or business needs

    + Support broader FP&A initiatives and special projects as needed, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization

     

    Education & Experience

     

    + Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year accredited college or university with a focus in Business, Accounting or Finance is required; MBA Degree is preferred

    + Minimum of three to five years of progressively increasing roles and responsibilities in Accounting or Finance

    + Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

    + Must have strong aptitude in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint; working knowledge of Hyperion, Power Bi, Salesforce and SAP is preferred
