What you'll do... The Director, Business Strategy for Walmart Imports is a leadership role within Walmart’s Marketplace business responsible for leading and managing the strategic planning functions within Walmart Cross Border (WCB) Imports organization. This role manages the team for WCB Imports’ Go-to-Market, Annual Planning and Forecasting, Business Reviews, and Seller onboarding functions. This role involves engaging with leaders across Marketplace, Global Transportation, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, and others to develop and articulate strategic points of view, orchestration, and planning for key strategic deliverables, and owning the critical business metrics (or OKRs) for the business. The Director, Business Strategy, through their team, will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations to senior leadership for continued growth and improvement of our program. Day in the life: · Lead Business Strategy team within WCB Imports · Collaborate directly with senior leadership to develop and refine the organization's strategic goals · Represent Marketplace supply chain team in cross functional forums ensuring MP organization requirements are known & aligned · Lead by example and drive continuous improvement of the strategic planning processes, including annual goal-setting, performance monitoring, and strategic initiatives. · Work with key product and program leads to set the roadmap that incorporates Seller feedback to optimize engagement, utilization, and penetration to reach business objectives. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring business performance and success. Preferred Qualifications... · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, finance, or related disciplines. An MBA is highly desirable. · Extensive experience (5-7 years) in strategy and business consulting is highly desirable. · Extensive experience in eCommerce, online Marketplaces (ideally in transportation, compliance, or supply chain functions) is highly desirable. This includes experience both building in a high growth environment as well as successfully executing in a multi-billion dollar globally scaled enterprise. · Strong data analytics skills, including SQL writing and/or AI prompting. · Exceptional communication, written and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts on behalf of business partners and to senior executives in presentation & white paper form At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Bellevue, Washington US-11075: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
