    What you'll do...

     

    + Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business goals to support organizational growth and change initiatives.

    + Provide expert guidance to business leaders on human resources matters, ensuring consistent application of HR practices and compliance with regulations.

    + Lead data analysis efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.

    + Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local laws, conducting audits and implementing corrective action plans as needed.

    + Drive talent management initiatives including recruitment, development, succession planning, and workforce capability enhancement.

    + Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning to support associate engagement and business success.

    + Proven expertise in developing and executing human resource strategies aligned with business objectives.

    + Strong experience in organizational change management and guiding leadership through HR implications.

    + Demonstrated ability to direct HR compliance, audit practices, and implement corrective action plans.

    + Proficiency in data analysis to inform HR decisions, identify risks, and recommend solutions.

    + Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations with a focus on compliance.

    + Skilled in talent management, including recruitment, development, and succession planning.

    + Effective leadership and communication skills to build partnerships and foster a high-performing workforce.

    The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

    Minimum Qualifications...

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years’ experience in human resources or related area OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related area.

     

    1 year’s supervisory experience.
