About the team:
The team leads the development and scaling of Walmart International’s Fulfillment Management System across Canada, Mexico, and Chile. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and supply chain partners, the team focuses on enhancing customer, associate, and driver experiences. They deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, directly impacting millions of orders. The team emphasizes data-driven decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and agile product management to build and optimize product roadmaps. Their work supports Walmart’s omnichannel strategy by advancing technology and processes that shape seamless fulfillment experiences across various markets.
What you'll do:
+ Analyze product and feature data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
+ Conduct customer research to understand needs, optimize journeys, and enhance satisfaction.
+ Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlogs effectively.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and communicate product vision clearly.
+ Drive product development using Agile methodologies, including MVP creation and iterative optimization.
+ Monitor emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to guide innovation and product positioning.
+ Facilitate business planning by identifying risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
+ Support user acceptance testing and ensure alignment with technology and security standards.
What you'll bring:
+ Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management within digital and e-commerce environments.
+ Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment and influence cross-functional teams.
+ Expertise in data-driven decision making, including product and feature analytics, research, and data analysis tools.
+ Knowledge of emerging technologies and modern product development practices such as Agile and MVP methodologies.
+ Ability to identify customer needs, optimize processes, and deliver customer-centric product solutions.
+ Effective communication skills to convey complex information and drive consensus among stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
