We're seeking a **full-time (0.90 FTE, day position) Radiology Technologist** who is ready to provide meaningful, patient-centric care. We prioritize a **culture of inclusion and support for all caregivers** , from new graduates to seasoned professionals.

At our Level 3 Trauma Center, your role is absolutely vital. You won't just be performing scans; you'll be the critical first step in defining a patient's treatment path.
+ You'll be a key member of the trauma team, providing fast, precise imaging that directly informs life-saving decisions for patients with critical injuries.
+ Your expertise helps ensure accurate diagnoses, which means faster, more effective treatment plans and better long-term recovery for patients in our community.
+ You'll deliver compassionate care with every interaction, making nervous or injured patients feel safe, heard, and respected during a vulnerable time.
+ You are a valuable part of a cohesive care team, working alongside nurses and physicians who rely on your precision and collaborative spirit to ensure the best possible patient outcome.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
In this role, you'll be an integral part of our patient care team, focused on quality and compassion. We deliver care with purpose and precision.
+ Prepare all imaging equipment and exam rooms precisely before the patient arrives.
+ Review a patient’s medical history, prior scans, and records to choose the best imaging approach.
+ Perform all X-ray examinations with technical skill, positioning, and attention to detail.
+ Explain the exam process and answer patient questions clearly and calmly.
+ Carefully adjust the exam to meet the specific needs of each patient as they arise.
+ Practice rigorous radiation safety (ALARA principles) and infection control to keep everyone safe.
+ Assist with specialized procedures like fluoroscopic or surgical X-ray exams.
+ Work collaboratively with physicians and the care team to ensure the highest quality results.
+ Manage daily work schedules and complete necessary documentation accurately.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is **$35.20 – $53.11 per hour,** dependent upon experience, education, and other factors. Skills and Qualifications You'll Bring
+ Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology is required.
+ Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, and knowledge of PACS/RIS is required.
+ Credentials:
+ Required: Washington Radiology Technologist license.
+ Required: ARRT-R certification.
+ Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support (BLS).
