A Typical Day
Design business process and develop system solutions. Gather business & technical requirements that affect Business process and engage with cross-functional teams to develop solutions through technology process using VB.Net, C# .Net Core and MS SQL Server 2012. Identify and manage stakeholders across functional teams to implement projects by understanding key stakeholders authority and actions essential to business process. Conduct system and business process analysis and create design documents. Perform gap analysis and create requirements to improve critical business functions to outline Restful API needs and performance. Design solutions for business functionality and develop prototype to get feedback. Product deployment support and enhancements. Conduct risk assessments using methods to identify risk, probability, impact and introduce ways to mitigate those risks. Meet with Business and Technical stakeholders to walkthrough proposed solutions. Define, establish, communicate, and manage development quality and team collaboration. Identify and mitigate potential bugs using different approaches, like peer reviews and automated tests. Provide key oversight to root cause analysis of issues and advise team on major issues to product quality.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Sr. Consultant or in a related position. Experience must include business analysis, requirements elicitation and gathering, stakeholder analysis and coordination, process analysis and design, testing and validation, mortgage domain expertise, and documentation and functional specifications.

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
