The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic Network Security Implementation and Sustainment (NSIS) Services team as a highly skilled System Engineer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in analyzing user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop comprehensive system requirements specifications. You will guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
+ Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations and develop technical documentation.
+ Engage with Government stakeholders on Systems Engineering technical considerations and resolve associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
+ Ensure the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables within the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ **Clearance:** TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
+ **Systems Engineering Documentation:** Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
+ **Requirements Management:** Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure compatibility with defined system architecture(s) like DoDAF and SOA.
+ **Requirements Development:** Assist in developing system requirements, functional requirements, and their allocation to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
+ **Coordination:** Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
+ Alternatively, five (5) years of SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
+ **Certification:** IAT Level II certification such as Security+.
Desired:
+ Proven experience in network security and systems engineering.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Familiarity with government contracting and compliance requirements.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$66,700 - $133,300
