_This position may be located in Portland, OR, or Vancouver, WA, per the hiring manager's discretion. This position is eligible for remote work at the present time, however it may be dependent on the successful candidate's background, experience, and proficiency._
Job Responsibilities
As a **Territory Customer Support Manager** for **John Deere Training Center** located in or near **Portland, OR** you will:
+ Drive customer experience by triaging product issues with factories and ensuring dealers performance with problem resolution / at risk processes
+ Support parts & service sales
+ Drive dealer readiness for new product launches and enforces administration of warranty policies
+ Builds dealer capabilities focused on Centralized & Connected support solutions using data, digital tools, and proactive processes

What Skills You Need
+ 2 or more years of customer support and/or marketing and sales experience with customer interaction regarding products, parts, and/or service
+ 2 or more years of factory experience with design, engineering, and manufacturing, or marketing and sales with focused product-specific knowledge and dealer/customer interaction
+ Prior experience working in the construction or agriculture industry
+ Ability to build strong working relationships within a dealer/OEM structure
+ Microsoft Office Tools knowledge (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
+ Ability and willingness to travel domestically, up to 75%
What Makes You Stand Out
+ 2 or more years of experience with regular customer contact, knowledge of dealer/distribution network processes, and broad product knowledge
+ 2 or more years of experience with Negotiation and Conflict Resolution processes
+ 2 or more years practical experience with John Deere machinery and equipment
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
+ Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Marketing, or equivalent related work
