Responsibilities:

+ Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and action-oriented initiative to deliver solutions to complex operational challenges while identifying new technical tools and capabilities.

+ Engage confidently and effectively with customer managers across various levels of responsibility.

+ Apply advanced knowledge of operations, and priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management.

+ Manage programs throughout the customer organization, supporting both traditional operational activities and specialized initiatives.

+ Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations.

+ Location: On-site

+ Travel Requirements: Occasional

+ Working Hours: Standard

Required Qualifications:

+ Clearance: TS/SCI ++

+ Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience

+ Writing skills: Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision

+ Soft Skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Additional soft skills: Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group

+ Prior experience in supporting operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

Desired Qualifications:

+ Experience in Operations / Analysis

+ Experience identifying leads through all-source databases

+ Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
