Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Sales Associate:

+ Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including in person and over the phone

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and product information

+ Accurately input customer data into the system

+ Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

+ Utilize computer systems to track interactions and resolve issues promptly

+ Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls or requests simultaneously

+ Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required

+ Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and office software applications

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions

+ A positive attitude

+ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Must have food handlers card, sales experience and a resume

+ Drug Test Required
