    What We Offer

     

    The Digital Products and Services team is responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing and maintaining systems that meet user needs while aligning with the organization’s overall architecture.

     

    Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday (On call support required, as needed).

    Key Responsibilities

    + Information Security & Compliance

    + Maintain awareness of all information systems within your scope.

    + Understand and manage sensitive data stored, transmitted, or processed on these systems.

    + Enforce security principles such as least privilege and least functionality.

    + Identify events that may constitute a cybersecurity incident and understand your role in incident response.

    + System Design & Optimization

    + Design information systems that are user-focused and consistent with organizational architecture.

    + Develop highly optimal systems and processes leveraging broad and deep experience.

    + Leadership & Mentorship

    + Work on complex, high-impact projects with significant organizational importance.

    + Coach, train, and mentor less experienced professionals to build team capability.

    What Sets This Role Apart While performing many of the same activities as experienced-level analysts, the senior role involves:

    + Leading larger, more complex projects.

    + Serving as a trusted advisor and mentor within the team.

     

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

    + Experience: Minimum three years relevant information experience, required.

    + Pharmacy 3rd party application support experience strongly preferred.

    + Experience with application service design strongly preferred.

    + Server maintenance experience also strongly preferred.

    + Licensure/Certification: Radiologic informatics members must obtain CIIP within two tries, required. (If applicable)

    + Additional Skills (required): Proficient with workflows, application product function, design and build expertise. Strong analytical skills for new functions, problem resolution and support of the application product. Proficient in ITS processes to include but not limited to analysis, design, build, and testing and change control. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
