Job Description:

+ The role of the IT Project Manager Practitioner is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to schedule and within budget.

+ This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsibilities:

+ The IT Project Manager is responsible for defining the projects objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle.

+ This individual provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution.

+ Also, he/she could participate in employee development, coaching and ongoing performance management. The project manager plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas.

Experience:

+ Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills;

+ Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers; Solves a range of straightforward problems; analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures; Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Skills:

+ **Nuclear background preferred with Work Management / Systems knowledge and Safe Agile process understanding. Minimum of 5 years Nuclear experience**

Education:

+ Associate degree.
