    We are currently seeking a Software Development Analyst to join our team in Arlington, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

    Job Description:

    Day to Day job Duties:

    + Provide advanced technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

    + Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.

    + User Account Management

    + Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and related systems.

    + Support identity and access management across Cloud-based technologies.

    + Application Deployment and Management

    + Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and organizational policies.

    + Hardware and Software Maintenance

    + Perform regular maintenance, updates, and health checks on end-user hardware and software.

    + Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty services.

    + Documentation and Training

    + Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

    + Provide training and user support to improve technology adoption and efficiency.

    + Customer Service

    + Deliver exceptional customer service and timely support to all end users.

    + Communicate effectively to understand user needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Basic Qualifications

    + Minimum of 3 years in end-user computing or IT support roles.

    + Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

    + Minimum of 3 years of Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise applications.

    + Minimum of 3 years of Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network troubleshooting.

    + Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

    + Travel: NA.

    + Degree: Diploma in Computer Science or Equivalent work experience
