About The Team:
LINQ’s Customer Experience department is the heart and soul of our commitment to supporting k12 schools and districts. We’re not just here to answer questions, we’re here to build trust, solve problems, and ensure every customer feels empowered to succeed with our solutions. From onboarding, and training, to troubleshooting and beyond were the guides to help administrators and educators navigate their daily challenges.
About The Role:
The Renewal Specialist will be responsible for managing, securing and processing annual renewals for our client base. The role will partner closely with Finance Teams to establish a framework and process to track, manage and maximize renewal contracts, and also support the Customer Success team on the particulars of renewal details.
What** **You’ll** **Be Doing:
+ **Renewal Opportunity Management:** Enter, maintain, and manage renewal opportunities within the LINQ CRM system, ensuring accuracy in data entry, contract terms, and renewal details. Proactively track renewal timelines and ensure all information is complete and current.
+ **Contract Generation and Processing:** Prepare and process renewal contracts and related documentation in coordination with the Client Success Management team. Ensure accuracy in pricing, product configuration, and client information prior to sending for signature.
+ **Contract Distribution:** Send renewal contracts to clients through approved systems and workflows, ensuring delivery, tracking, and completion in alignment with company policies and client timelines.
+ **Administrative Support for Renewals:** Provide operational support for the renewal lifecycle, including documentation updates, workflow management, and data hygiene across systems. Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and Client Success to ensure alignment and efficiency.
+ **Renewal Workflow Optimization:** Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline renewal operations and reduce administrative overhead. Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance system workflows and reporting capabilities.
+ **Collaboration and Communication:** Work cross-functionally with Client Success Managers, Account Executives, and Finance to ensure all renewal actions are executed on time and with precision. Provide timely updates and visibility into renewal status and outstanding items.
+ **Data Accuracy and Reporting:** Maintain meticulous records of renewal opportunities, contract statuses, and completion metrics. Generate renewal pipeline and process reports to support forecasting and operational planning.
+ **Compliance and Documentation:** Ensure all renewal activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and contract management standards. Maintain organized digital records for audit and reference purposes.
What We Are Looking For:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 2–4 years of experience in operations, contract administration, or sales support; experience in renewals management is highly preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
+ Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and contract management systems.
+ Excellent written communication skills and comfortable working in structured digital workflows.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
+ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
