    Join our team as our new Senior Human Resources Generalist where you will work with the North America Commercial HR team and own core HR functions and processes. You will be the Leave of Absence (LOA) and Employee Relations liaison between the HR Center of Excellence (COE) and the HR Business Partners primarily working through accommodation requests and first level investigations.

     

    This position reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources and will be remote.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    + Partner with leaders on an array of matters to include onboarding and exit processes, performance management, and building inclusive teams.

    + Serve as the Engagement Champion for the commercial team to provide engagement insights and themes across the commercial function; further develop and execute countermeasures to drive overall associate engagement.

    + Conduct employee relations investigations in partnership with managers; further partner with the Employee Relations COE on complex matters.

    + Monitor and report monthly metrics to human resources leadership; drive and participate in problem solving processes to implement effective countermeasures.

    + Own the core human resources processes such as immigration, leave of absence, accommodations, Workday transactions, and ad hoc reporting.

    The essential requirements and skills of the job include:

    + Bachelor's degree with 5+ year human resources generalist experience.

    + A human resources background spanning all aspects of the discipline to include employee relations, learning and development, talent management, and recruiting.

    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

    + Demonstrated experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement environments; analytical capabilities are key.

    + Strong conflict resolution skills and a solid background in conducting investigations.

    + Converting data to information, then to strategy, execution, and sustaining the change.

    Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

    + Ability to travel 10% domestically/internationally per business needs.

    The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

     

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
