    Description

    Colossal Contracting, LLC is looking for a Procurement Analyst to work out of our Peachtree City, GA office supporting our Customer Service & Procurement Team. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter looking to take their first steps towards a long-term career. This individual will interact with customers on a consistent basis while functioning in a support role for multiple departments within the company including Project Management, Sales, Federal Programs and ARAP.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    + Proactively reach out to clients to perform quality assurance checks.

    + Work with sales and Project Management Officer (PMO) with tracking of shipments/deliveries.

    + Assist ARAP with invoicing when needed.

    + Assist PMO with managing proper documentation.

    + Work with sales and PMO to complete Sales to PMO checklist.

    + Create schedules for projects.

    + Assist in RMA’s process as needed.

    + Assist PMO in maintaining POP dates and helping projects stay on schedule.

    + Obtain technical certifications as needed.

    + Fulfill office and operational duties as needed.

    Requirements

    + 1-2 year of experience in a customer facing role.

    + Associates or bachelor’s degree in a business or technical disciple is preferred.

    + Ability to creatively solve challenging problems

    + Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.

    + Passion for customer service.

    + Extremely organized and detail oriented.

    + Strong communicator that can work without direct supervision or detailed direction.

     

    Travel

     

    Travel is not required for this position.

     

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

     

    This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
