Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking an Employee Health Manager for our facility to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. What You Will Do In Your Role:

+ * You will oversee and coordinate the Employee Health and Safety program.

+ * You will play a major role in providing pre-employment screenings, administering annual health screenings and compliance with all regulatory requirements related to employee health.

+ * You will work closely with Infection Control and the Safety committee, in addition to the hospital leadership, to promote a safe, healthy workplace for all employees.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

+ * Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).

+ * Graduated from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.

+ * Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required

+ * Minimum 2 years general clinical nursing experience required.

+ * Previous experience with an Occupational Health or Employee Health program preferred.

+ * Previous supervisory experience preferred.
