Description:
Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire an OB Flex RN
Float position to NICU, Labor and Delivery, OB Emergency Department, and Mother/Baby
1.5 years Maternal/Child experience required
Schedule:
+ Full Time Night shift
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Possession of a current or compact state license as a Registered Nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa.
BSN preferred.
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter – Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within three (3) months of hire.
Basic Life Support certified within six (6) weeks of hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified within nine (9) months of hire, if required by your department.
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
