About the role
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless facility operations at a high-performance Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical campus. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to manage and complete facility tasks and work orders with precision and compliance. This role demands strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant environment in a regulated industry setting.
What you’ll do
+ Review vendor work orders, proposals, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
+ Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues through regular meetings.
+ Support Facilities Manager lead with budget management, variance reporting, and on-demand work tracking.
+ Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with regulations; recommend improvements.
+ Coordinate vendor relations, invoicing, and procurement of services and materials.
+ Promote CBRE RISE values and facilitate customer alignment.
+ Attend operations meetings twice weekly.
+ Collaborate with technical planner on Preventative Maintenance adjustments for facility assets.
+ Manage new scopes including landscaping, snow removal, waste services, and document shredding.
+ Assist with site cleanliness, visual inspections, and work order closures.
+ Serve as alternate for Business Services Manager in Smart Inspect and pest inspections.
What you’ll need
+ High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Computer savviness and ability to learn new software quickly.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $75,000 annual base salary with some potential flexibility based on experience.
