Description:

St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Full-time Security Officer to join our team!

**Schedule** : Full-time (40 hours weekly)

**Shift:** Day Shift, 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday

(flexibility to work rotating schedules when needed)

Security Officer

+ The Security Officer is responsible for the security of hospital employees, patients/families, visitors, and property. Is responsible for fire prevention and initial response measures.

+ Maintains safety practices in the area of his/her assignment.

+ Has oversight of the SOC (Security Operations Center)

+ Handles Duties associated with the Operation of Metal Detector and Wanding.

Qualifications:

+ HS graduate or equivalent required

+ 1-year previous security experience required

+ 1 year of hospital-based experience highly preferred.

+ Valid driver's license required.

+ Clean Driving Record Required
