**Boeing Global Services (BGS)** is looking for an **Associate Supply Chain Specialist (L2)** to join our San Antonio Retrofit Kitting team in **San Antonio, TX** . The candidate will interface with several functions on a daily basis to manage Supply Chain requirements. Candidate will perform Supply Chain order execution, delivery management, and analyze data.
Position Responsibilities:
+ A self-starter who demonstrates a willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for one's actions. Exhibits a moral, legal or mental accountability in areas of responsibility
+ Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
+ Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment
+ General understanding of maintenance, modifications, retrofit processes and procedures.
+ Possess additional business and communication and looks for ways to provide continuous process improvement
+ Manage the flow and execution of Retrofit Kitting orders supporting military contracts
+ Work open requirements to achieve monthly On Time Delivery of kits
+ Coordinate the resolution of order issues pertaining to contract terms, engineering, shipping, PR/PO constraints, supplier issues
+ Report project status and order status to program, lead, and/or leadership
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ Experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management
+ Experience with Microsoft Excel
+ Experience working in a cross-functional environment
+ Ability to travel 10% of the time.
+ Communication Skills to be able to coordinate with stakeholders and partners such as Program Management, Warehousing, Delivery Management, Engineering, Supplier Management, Quality, and Contracts
+ Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field
+ Experience with Aircraft Modification Programs
+ Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
**Summary Pay Range:** $68,850 - $93,150/Annually
