    Job Title: Planner for Electrical Maintenance

     

    Pay Range: DOE

     

    1st shift 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, there could be some OT and weekends

    What this job involves

     

    The Planner for Electrical Maintenance role is in support of the journey towards a World Class Maintenance organization. This industry standard role provides more efficient means of managing facilities maintenance and associated maintenance labor. Planning for all electrical maintenance and operations encompassed in the CMMS tool are to be conducted using current CMMS system application and standardized business processes.

    Job Responsibilities

    + Requires in depth electrical subject matter expert level knowledge of facilities planning & scheduling

    + Leadership skills (training, presentations, & teambuilding) and project management.

    + Organizational skills coupled with the leadership and interpersonal skills to be able to manage multiple maintenance activities simultaneously.

    + Good oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of management and interface with a diverse customer base including technical and non-technical personnel in order to effectively support a multi-discipline team environment

    + Ability or understanding of how to create CMMS ad hoc reports and submit Work Requests for complex data reports. Ability to write advanced queries and dashboards is a plus

    + Solid personal computer skills: Hardware and software including Microsoft Office Products, including Excel.

    + Using industry and client best practices, Plans, schedules, coordinates and assigned all frequency and work type maintenance activities for group or team of responsibility

    + Collaborates with subcontractor counterparts to ensure successful outcomes for subcontractor responsibilities

    + Optimizes maintenance inventory by balancing workload to labor availability

    + Complies with all client CMMS standards and specifications to ensure database integrity and standardization

    + Manages asset maintenance parts ordering process (MRO) for assigned team(s) and optimizes efforts through PM Auto ordering where applicable

    + Creates all asset-related purchase requisitions

    + Ensures all POs are created and approved before scheduling of work

    + Collects data and collaborates with operations team to optimize maintenance programs.

    + Maintains maintenance record compliance to CMMS and Maintenance business process standards and specs through periodic data auditing

    + Maintains liaison with facilities technicians and other management regarding work execution, necessity of altering schedules and manpower status

    + Arranges for special tools and equipment

    + Tracks all asset information, including spare parts, documentation and booked Labor hours

    + Continuous improvement of the work planning and scheduling process through the review and use of maintenance metrics, analysis of work order flow, project demands and expectations.

    + Submits and document database record changes using client CMMS change request system

    + Facilitate/Attend team Huddles or Ops meetings to communicate the plan and schedule for the day/week maintenance activities.

    + Provides weekly reports to facility managers, identifies risks and gaps and provides resolution plans.

    + Conduct improvement assessments and produce documentation

    + Support preparation of business operations driven documents, report and other deliverables.

    + Assist JLL departments such as Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Sourcing, Human Experience, Program Management, and EHS, as needed.

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 5 years direct experience in Electrical trade, facilities, operational, and customer service.

    + Knowledge of scheduling software, procurement systems, databases, Microsoft Office programs, etc. with the ability to learn

    + Strong technical knowledge of EAMS CMMS and MRO system

    + Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports

    + Coordinate maintenance activities to perform preventative and corrective maintenance

    + Ensured that safety procedures and company¡¦s procedures are followed

    + Ensure GMP and code compliance were followed on electrical installations

    + Execute daily operations of electrical activities

    + Coordinate vendors and contractors to perform electrical installation/work

    + Develop spreadsheets for equipment entry and Provide Maximo work orders support to the technicians

    + Plan and schedule maintenance activities for UPS units, VFD units, Generators, Equipment in the Central Utility Plants

    + Plan and schedule electrical maintenance activities
