Our client, an industry leader in data center construction and project management, is seeking a Construction Project Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager 4, you will be part of the Site Planning / Scheduling department supporting large-scale datacenter development projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans, including timelines and resource requirements, for large-scale datacenter construction projects.
+ Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
+ Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
+ Work with clients to understand their needs and ensure project outcomes meet their expectations.
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
What's Needed?
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
+ 8+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
+ Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time and to client satisfaction.
+ Strong understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management, and Key Commodity Tracking.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze EPC plans and schedules to provide deep insights into trends and issues.
