Our client, a leading organization in procurement and sourcing, is seeking a SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead - VMO to join their team. As a SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead - VMO, you will be part of the Procurement / Sourcing Enablement department supporting sourcing and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** SAP Ariba Contract Compliance Lead - VMO

**Location:** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days/week in-office at 1525 W W T Harris Blvd)

What's the Job?

+ Lead the design, implementation, and support of a Contract Compliance process leveraging SAP Ariba.

+ Ensure purchase orders are systematically linked to contracts to improve efficiency and compliance.

+ Configure and optimize SAP Ariba modules to support procurement operations and contract compliance.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, integrated solutions that reduce manual effort.

+ Develop dashboards and reports to monitor compliance, efficiency, and supplier performance, providing actionable insights.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience leading SAP Ariba contract compliance processes and implementations.

+ Deep understanding of SAP Ariba Contracts, Sourcing, Buying & Invoicing modules.

+ Experience designing and supporting Supplier Master data structures.

+ Strong background in sourcing and contracting processes within complex organizational environments.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
