What You’ll Do
+ Perform **monthly audits** on sold case products and pricing accuracy
+ Manage **producer contracting and billing setup** for internal teams and vendors
+ Oversee **accounts receivable** and follow up on outstanding balances
+ Handle **accounts payable vendor setup** and maintain system updates
+ Communicate with past-due accounts using dunning processes
+ Collaborate with **HR, Employee Benefits, and Finance teams**
+ Ensure **accuracy in invoicing and accounting functions**
What We’re Looking For
+ **Hybrid Availability:** 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel & Access)
+ Experience with **accounting software**
+ Strong understanding of **accounts ledger management**
+ Excellent **communication and problem-solving skills**
+ **Bonus Points For:**
+ Experience speaking with HR teams
+ Familiarity with **Salesforce**
+ Knowledge of **Cashflow management**
+ Auditing experience
