    Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cybersecurity sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Cybersecurity and Compliance department supporting security operations and risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Program Manager Tech 3

    **Location:** Reston, VA (Onsite - 3 days per week)

    **Pay Range:** $60 - $64/hr on W2

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and support cybersecurity compliance processes related to US government security standards.

    + Manage security exceptions and ticketing workflows within internal systems.

    + Drive program and project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

    + Interface with clients and cross-functional teams on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.

    + Create and review functional specifications to guide implementation and decision-making processes.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and cybersecurity roles.

    + Active US passport and U.S. citizenship are required.

    + Experience with compliance processes and ticketing systems (minimum 3 years).

    + Strong multitasking skills and excellent communication abilities.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
