    Our client, a leading medical device manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler/Production/ Quality Control - to join their team. As an employee, you will be part of the manufacturing operations that support the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude, which will align well with the organization's values.

    Job Title: Assembly/Operator/Quality Control 1st or 2nd Shift

    **Location:** Carmel, IN

     

    Pay Range: $21.50 - $23

    Shift:

    1st shift 6:00 - 2:30 pm

     

    2nd Shift 2:30 pm -11:00 pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on pacemakers, leads, and related medical device assemblies.

    + Follow standardized procedures to ensure high-quality production output.

    + Maintain accurate documentation for cell operations and quality assurance.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding issues, ideas, and solutions.

    + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.

    + Ability to prioritize tasks and handle small components and parts.

    + Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision.

    + Ability to work in a **CLEAN ROOM Environment**

    + Wear clean, non-shedding clothing

    + Clothing must fit under a lab coat; turtlenecks and exposed sleeves are not permitted

    + Head coverings (including religious wraps) must be clean, tightly woven, and fully covered by a cap

    + Closed-toe, closed-heel leather shoes

    + Full coverage of arms, legs, and torso is mandatory

    + Make-up, nail polish, artificial nails, and jewelry/piercings that compromise glove integrity are prohibited

    + Only unscented deodorant and stick lip balm are allowed.

     

    Compliance is REQUIRED during interviews and throughout employment
