Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 3, you will be part of the project management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 3
**Location:** Remote
**Pay Range:** $52/hr - $57/hr
What's the Job?
+ Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
+ Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout project execution.
Top 3 must haves:
1. Strategic Program Leadership – Minimum 5 years
2. Splunk Deployment & Integration – Minimum 5 years
3. Technical Program Management in Enterprise Infrastructure – Minimum 5 years
